This is the same flow used on the KSTTS marketplace. You can also book on a company page if you already know the operator.
1. Search the marketplaceOpen START BOOKING, choose From, To, and travel date, then search. You will see trips from every company that opted into the marketplace.
2. Pick a tripCompare departure time, company, and class. Choose the trip that matches your journey — including stop-to-stop trips when they are offered.
3. Select seatsOpen the seat map and tap free seats. After you confirm, seats are held for about 10 minutes so you can pay the fixed advance — on the marketplace and on a company booking page.
4. Log in and confirmLog in or create a passenger account (username and password). Pay the fixed advance to confirm the hold (marketplace or company page). Company staff counter bookings lock immediately without online payment. Your ticket stays in My bookings.
If you cannot complete this booking
No trips found — try another date, another city pair, or a different company.
Sold out or no fare — search another trip. Do not wait on this seat map.
Gender seating — on one ticket, family can mix male and female. Another account cannot book the opposite gender beside an already-taken pair seat.
Missing name, CNIC, or mobile — fill the ticket details, tick the travel notice, then confirm again.
