Karachi Smart Travel & Tour Services (KSTTS) operates a shared online marketplace and related company booking portals so passengers can search trips, reserve seats, and manage tickets with participating bus companies in Pakistan.
KSTTS is a platform. Participating bus companies run their own services; when you travel, that company remains responsible for the journey, terminal handling, and onboard service.
Information we collect
Account details you provide when you sign up or update your profile — such as name, username, password, and optional mobile number or email.
Booking details required for a ticket — passenger name, CNIC, mobile number, selected seats, trip, and related references.
Messages you send through Contact Us or similar forms, including any contact details you include.
Technical data needed to run the site securely — for example login session cookies, device or browser information, and basic server logs.
Payment-related records when online payment is enabled — such as amount, booking reference, and confirmation status from our payment provider. We do not store full card or wallet PIN details on KSTTS servers.
How we use your information
To create and secure your passenger account and let you sign in.
To hold seats, confirm bookings, issue tickets, and show them in My bookings.
To share necessary trip and passenger details with the bus company that operates your journey so they can seat you and support you at the terminal.
To respond to support, partnership, or complaint messages.
To improve reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal or regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
Who we share data with
The participating bus company for your booked trip (name, CNIC, mobile, seats, and ticket reference as needed to travel).
Service providers that host this website, send SMS or email, or process payments on our behalf — only as needed to provide that service.
Authorities when the law requires disclosure.
We do not sell your personal information.
CNIC and sensitive details
CNIC is collected on the ticket so the operator can verify the travelling passenger, which is common for intercity bus travel in Pakistan.
Please enter accurate details. Sharing another person’s CNIC without authority, or using false information, is not allowed.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies or similar storage so you stay signed in and the booking flow works. These are not used to sell advertising profiles.
How long we keep data
Account and booking records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tickets, settlements, disputes, audits, and legal obligations. You may ask us to review or correct account details via Contact Us.
Your choices
You can update many account details from your booking account settings.
You can contact KSTTS to ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask about deleting an account where the law and open tickets allow it.
Some booking data may need to stay on file after travel for records between KSTTS, the operator, and payment providers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online system is completely risk-free; please keep your password private and use a strong one.
Children
The marketplace is intended for adults booking travel. Guardians may book for minors using accurate passenger details where the operator allows.
